We stand behind our platform. If you complete your Invictus campaign plan, follow every approved task your strategist assigns, and stay subscribed through your election day — and you still lose — we will refund your subscription fees in full.
What the guarantee covers: Your monthly Invictus subscription fees paid from the time of plan activation through election day.
What the guarantee does not cover: Third-party costs (printing, postage, advertising, voter data, vendor fees) that you incur independently. The guarantee applies to Invictus subscription fees only.
How to qualify: Stay subscribed through election day. Complete every task marked as approved in your plan checklist by its due date. Candidates who cancel early or skip required steps do not qualify.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your election date with documentation of task completion. Invictus reserves the right to review completion status before issuing any refund.
