Privacy Policy for Invictus

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Invictus Strategies LLC ("Company," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with Invictus, including our website at https://winwithinvictus.com and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. This policy works together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information we collect

Account and contact data. For example, your email address and name when you sign in, identifiers we receive from authentication providers, and messages we send you (such as magic-link emails through our email vendor).

Consultation and campaign inputs. Information you provide in the multi-step consultation (answers, district or race details, strategy inputs), files you upload (such as a resume or biography for parsing), and similar content you submit to AI tools inside the product.

Generated and stored outputs. Campaign plans, reports, PDFs, checklists, and other materials we generate or store for your account.

Research and enrichment. Public or third-party data we obtain to support your plan (for example, district or race context from open sources), associated with your account as needed to provide the Services.

Payment-related data. When you subscribe, our payment processor (for example, Stripe) collects payment details and may provide us with limited billing information (such as subscription status, customer ID, and transaction summaries). We do not store full payment-card numbers on our application servers.

Technical and usage data. Such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs. We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Services are used.

Support and scheduling. If you contact us for help or book a session through an embedded scheduler (such as Calendly), the provider may collect the information you submit there under their own terms.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate you and secure accounts
  • Generate AI-assisted plans, recommendations, and copy tailored to your campaign inputs
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about billing
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our terms
  • Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and security

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, and AI model providers (for example, to send prompts and receive model outputs that become your reports or tool results). We contractually require processors to use data only as instructed and to implement appropriate safeguards where feasible.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or the Company. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate notice where required.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; you may contact us to ask about deletion options for your account data, subject to legal or contractual requirements.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages where applicable by using links in those messages. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request.

7. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from other regions, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (such as email or an in-product message).
